IMO, it's a done deal, but Dana didn't want to make the announcement on Spike TV for free and he didn't want to make the annoucement in front of British fans opposed to the US fans.
My fingers are crossed for a jaunt by Dana and Randy down to the Octagon during UFC 76. Then Fedor enters, followd by Dana announcing Randy vs Fedor on the Dec 29th PPV (SUPERBOWL of MMA!).
