So is Herschel Walker done with MMA?

He sure didn't stick around long. I'm pretty sure he let his SF contract expire....I wonder if Zuffa would be interested in bringing him in as a special attraction to garner mainstream sports media attention

Is anyone actually interested in watching him fight cans and nobodies?

I think what he did was remarkable. He stayed in shape his entire life. And, at an advanced age, took a fight against a very mediocre opponent. And won.

I think he's made his point.

He became blind and can no longer fight in MMA after getting sprayed with

Yup.  He's a fascinating human being.

I'd rather he bow out gracefully than have every C and D league fighter with a UG account post about how bad they want to fight him.

There is no doubt that Herschel Walker is an incredibly gifted athlete, especially for his age. I'm just not interested in seeing him fight opponents who have no business being on televised cards where the outcome is all but a foregone conclusion. That's just my opinion but then again, if other people are interested in that then maybe he should have a place on the cards.

Would like to see him fight a good fighter but not a serious contender.

Dude is damn near 50 and was a running back in the NFL, a position that leaves most guys hobbling the rest of their lives.  He is a freak of a specimen, he makes the freakishly athletic Lesnar look like a scrub, and I am a Lesnar fan.  So what if he's done, he doesn't have to prove anything that he hasn't already proved.
