It’s overkill. If previous marketing got me here then just show me the fights. Don’t jerk me around with ads and meaningless commentary and highlight reels seen months before.
This isn’t the fertittas little company anymore. They’re being broadcast by fucking Disney. This what we get when they go mainstream and sellout. It’s how everything goes. I’m sure watching a football game in the 60’s was a far far different experience as far as ads go compared to today.
