Because Herb is referee for every fight show I watch, along with
Mazzagotti, and Yamasaki has been on a few shows....
The only ref I only see on the UFC and only the UFC is Big John....
exactly - licenced by AC's to work a designated position; it's up to them if they want to work for a particular promoter / promotion. could be work conflict or other choice decision. lm
also with the pool of judges - they will rotate them in and out which is why you don't always see the same ones - but my guess is that promotions can ask if such&such is available (i.e. UFC and Big John)

black gloves just look better. Tattoo artists wear them- I got some from a tattoo buddy of mine- and they look cool.
