cheat days or meals?
I worked out hard all last week with 5 muay thai classes and a bunch or cardio sessions mixed in as well as light weight lifting.
I started last monday morning at 249lbs, and this morning I weighed in at 243.
But last night I decided to treat myself and had some pizza and ice cream.
What do most of you guys do regarding the cheat meals or days and how often do you spread them out when tryign to lose weight?
Any response would be really appreciated.
