Fact: He doesn't get enough credit for making the top fighters at any given time in the WW division look like absolute amateurs.
Even if he hasn't finished recently, he beats people decisively and in dominant fashion.

Your last "fact" isn't correct at all, he's 16 and 2 in the UFC. He has 24 fights, and 6 have been outside the UFC... do the math.
