I am currently trying to shed some pounds and tryin to add muscle mass. I am have been working out lately a lot, but would like some input on what supplements will help. If anyone can help that will excellant.

BEST imo to do one or the other and not BOTH at the same time to 'maximise' results.

IF you want to do both just lift 3x a week and do cardio on the other days. Scrapper/ Taku' intervals are great and will lean you out.

Supplements just eat tuna sandwiches. Cottage cheese with bread. Just eat food.
