It gets stuck in some weird places. Phone Post 3.0

Adam good.
Honest, sincere, humble and passionate.
The concern with training safety spot on. Changing the mindset of fighters to train a different way from what they have been conditioned to believe will be a task. Well worth the time and energy.

Adam you said you recently did a coaching class with Matt. Can you tell me what you covered and what you got out of it.
Thanks

All of SBG uses an level one instructors course built around helping new students succeed. The level 2 course (the one we just did in Canada) was based on creating isolation drills, the I method, the P method and overall curriculum. As for what I got out of it, it helped refine the methods I currently use and how I integrate certain techniques into my overall coaching method. Phone Post 3.0

I thought Matt did a great job with the level 2 course and I plan to run one for my coaches before the end of the year. Phone Post 3.0

Coaching is a funny thing. You can instruct a person on better technique or how to train that technique, but allowing a person to find their own way is tricky. They are influenced by others and tricked by their own desires. Adam you mentioned how forest slipped away and trained on his rest time. The ego and desire over took his own coaches instruction. Changing ones perception and dissolving the ego is quite a task. And would expect to be a coaches nightmare.
