I wanted Silva to win by the way. Can't wait to hear what Chael has to say after he watches the video. I'll bet he talks his way into a rematch.

Yves Lavigne is horrible. I cringed when I saw him reffing the main event.
Other than Silva / Sonnen and maybe Le/Cote, the event was horrible. Stalemate matchmaking.
Agreed about cringing when Yves was announced as ref. He stinks. Get so sick of hearing his voice telling the fighters to work. Enough already. Hate refs like that.

Started off really bad, but Maia finished, Le-Cote was a solid fight, Tito-Forrest was solid, and the main event was, of course, epic.
Started off as like 3-4 and ended as a 6.5-7.
The main problem is the UFC needed this one to live up to "these two guys hate each other".
It didn't.
You need the Wal-Mart shopping, Sports Illlustrated NFL team jacket owning, Austin 3:16 shirt wearing guy who bought every Mike Tyson PPV to see tonight and decide to start getting into the UFC.
That didnt happen.
UFC 100 is still the peak.
I don't see anything ahead that will top it whatsoever.
I see all of us, the same old fans footing the bills for a long time.
