sonnon my goals are more energy, better flexibility,pain free healthy joints and better health.The sports I do are tae kwon do,mountain bikeing and mountain climbing.

Warrior Wellness I should start with that course or is that the only course I will need.

Warrior Wellness is a great starting point. Once you play with it for a while you will benifit from greatly from Scott's other work, like maximology.
