Yeah, I'd been looking forward to his Bellator debut and I missed it tonight! A sloppy split decision loss they say. Oh well, big step up in competition. I`ll still be following his progress, he is a hometown Vancouver fighter and all.

Finally watched Lelo's Bellator debut. He looked great in the first round I thought, vintage Aurelio. He gassed badly though after the first and was barely able to go the distance. Really seems like he needs to improve his conditioning to compete in the upper echelon of mma and I sure hope he does. He is fun to watch.

He had a great first round but his cardio held him back in rounds 2 and 3. There were rumours at the event that he had been very sick for a couple weeks leading up to the fight and didnt want to pull out of another fight. Props to him for fighting anyways, lets hope we see him at 100% in his next fight
