Im tired of going to family doctors that have no idea what an athlete goes through or what they should be looking at/for when getting checked up or checking on injuries. And also what advice they can give for training and what you would be able to do and not do after an injury during it's healing stages.
What is your option on going to a sport doctor for all your needs as far as a doctor goes?
What would this cost?? Do they give advice on nutrition? What all would they offer. And does anyone know of any good ones in Michigan near Metro Detroit?
