Yes. That's what I am saying, because that is what "giving someone a run for their money" is. He did a very good job until he lost.
I am well aware that he lost to Hughes. That point was never in contention. I am saying he looked like he was challenging Hughes, when many fighters in the past with good records came up against Hughes and ended up looking like amateurs.
