Majority decision after putting on a striking clinic and busting Nate up. This fight will come close to being stopped on cuts, but ultimately it will come down to a split decision because even though Conor will land some big shots and do the most damage, Nate will have his moments and the volume striking will sway a judge into thinking the fight was a little closer than it was.

This is my prediction. I also suspect they'll have to meet for number three, likely moving back down to lightweight for that one though. I don't see Conor wanting to stay at welterweight after this.

So excited, this is gonna be good. Could be a fight of the year candidate here gents!

I think Conor has the skillset to utilize the Condit gameplan. Unfortunately i dont think he has the mindset. If he cant even stay calm during a press conference then there is zero chance he will maintain his cool while he is getting slapped in the face and called a bitch in the cage

As for cut stoppage, they are incredibly rare. Last time i remember it happeneing on a main event, it was Leben vs Munoz almost 4 years ago. And that was only stopped after Leben said he couldnt see anymore

Conor will either KO him early or get overwhelmed later IMO

......stoppage on cuts in the 4th! Sorry, it's not what ya'll wanna hear but it came to me in a premonition disguised as a dream. After utilizing the infamous movement he speaks of so often, and using angles to pick Nate apart, Conor will put on a clinic, leaving no doubt that he was comfortably ahead on the scorecards at the time of the unfortunate stoppage. Well, leaving no doubt everywhere but the UG where cries of 'rigged' and 'robbery' will be heard in every 3rd post over days to follow.

I agree that cuts are rare, IMO doctor stoppage in general is a possibility whether it's cuts or eye swelled shut. Diaz bro's despite their iron Chins do mark and cut easily.
