I am at the gym everyday, train everyday, my son trains everyday, my daughter trains everyday, mats are cleaned everyday. But there is someone always(well not lately) claiming they got staph and had to take a week off of training,(and we want them to take off training) I roll with these people who have staph with the gi and with out the gi never caught it. (knock on wood) never had any problems with staph my self and we are there everyday. So are there some people transfering it to each other?? it isnt good to have students sit around and talk about staph & ring worms, my son did get ring worm one time, 4 years again, he was also wrestling in school and I was told by a dr that it was prabably from dirty finger nails. rather then the mat, so anyone has any infomation on this, are we amune to the staph?? or what?? it is not there, should i make the students (rather then my staff) clean the mats every lesson so that they in "their mind" they know it is being cleaned? had another Dr say that staph is every where.
