Started Training with a Gi Again Many Years

I went from being pretty decent (have tapped many high-ranked belts) to average at best. I just can't get over the whole grabbing me thing. I can't go for my kimuras because someone is holding my effing sleeve and/or my pant leg. Wtf. They say I'll get better (at no-gi) by training in the gi but it feels like I'm getting worse. haha

Has anyone else gone back to gi training and found it to be extreme frustrating? Phone Post 3.0
