Starting a wrestling program..need help

Okay so the middle and high school are just now starting a wrestling program here in TN. We are a very small town I just moved out here like a year ago. I teach judo and bjj at a local YMCA, I have no wrestling back ground and was asked to set up the program. I am honored but I have no clue where to start. What are some dvd's for drills and tec. development and where can I find them? <br /> None of these kids have ever wrestled before and we have to combine two high schools to get a full wrestling team. Its going to be a lot of work so any input would be great. Thank you

To tell you the truth for the most part the best and easiest thing to do would be to youtube stuff after you learn names or scenarios. You can MMA Mail me anytime if you have any questions. I'll get back to you asap. I am pretty knowledgeable about wrestling. I've wrestled for about 15 years. Wrestled in HS & college. Was a 2 time AA. An other thing you can do is go to http://www.usawrestlingnation.com/forum.php and sign up for an account and go to the "coaching and officiating" forum then go to "coaching discussion" forum and ask any questions there. Or even on the high school or college forums. Everyone there is really knowledgeable and willing and open to helping. You might not know anything at all, and they'll help alot. There arent jerks there (for the most part) like there are here that'll make stupid comments about you not knowing anything or whatever. Great great place to go to.

use the carl adam system. he has a whole season of practices to use. I coached middle school and high school.
