Staying motivated

Does anybody here have a problem with staying motivated lifting at home as opposed to lifting at a gym or health club? I was talking to a friend of mine and he said that he tried the lifting at home deal but he said it wasn't the same environment. Any ideas?

I hate training at home period. Don't know why but it's just a different feeling and more positive when I am at the gym or on the mats.

I cant get motivated to do bodyweight stuff at home. Something about having people looking at me at the gym just gives me a boost.

I don't have much motivation period, so working out at home means that the conveniance cuts down on the number of excuses I can tell myself.
