Stir Fry Sauce

I make stir fry about once a week because it is healthy and quick. I tend to make sauce out of soy sauce, chili garlic paste, and corn starch (thickener).

What are some other good sauce options.

fermented black bean paste, oyster sauce, sherry wine, ginger, five spice powder,

these come to mind

I use chicken broth, corn starch, soy sauce and a little wine.

Try adding a little cooking sherry and some sesame oil.

soy sauce, mirin, chili flake, and a little corn starch.

Light soy sauce, chili bean paste, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, and maybe some hoishin sauce. I also add to the vegetables cooking wine while its cooking.
