stomach stretching possible?

hoping somebody could clarify this for me cause google:s not helping
much. i remember reading somewhere that it is possible to stretch
your stomach through binge eating or just eating too much so that
even if the rest of your body is lanky, your gut will still stick out.

obviously you see people who are skinny throughout their body with a
gut popping outta their shirt, but is this a reason why? it also begs the
question of if it:s possible to 'shrink' your stomach back and if so, how
does one go about it?

thanks in advance for any info/advice, or even pointing me at some
sites that might have some answers.

I got an email the other day that showed a python eating a kangaroo.

Couple things at least from my experience.

  1. trg abs every day

  2. Alkaline diet has helped alot with this for me. ( no Starch with animal, minimal red meat, lots of veggies and fruit, oh and fruit by itself)

  3. A few friends of mine do this once every couple months, simply just drink 1-2L of prune juice for a day and it will clean out your colon.

  4. Consistancy in your trg

This is what i do and it works for me but hey every one is different.

you can try searching for visceral abdominal fat

also if you're looking at athletes (particularly bbers) thats called gh gut.

You could also practice sucking in your stomach ("vacuum" ab pose), it works some muscles in your stomach.
