I dont understand why they stop fights so quickly in boxing, it seems like a guy could get a paper cut and they would be like, "woah woah stop the fight". In MMA they guys are literally bathed in blood (ie bifoot vs cain) even though they are both regulated basically by the same people
People expect to see more damage/cuts/blood in mma with the use of elbows
MMA fights are shorter, and cuts rarely mean the end of an MMA career the way they can in boxing.
Not true. The only time you really see this is if the cut was ruled accidental and the person cut is comfortably winning. If that scenario isn't currently in play most of the time the guy cut isn't going to complain about his vision and the fight will go on.
