Hey guys, its been a long time since I have been on the forum. They used to have a link for conditioning and what not, but I dont see it anymore, so sorry if this has been asked a bazillion times.
I am just getting back into training and have lost lots of muscle and endurance due to not training and improper nutrition. I was looking at joining the Crossfit or Grapplers Gym website to pick up some good info on using weights to build functional strength and some cardio advice. Would either one of these be a better fit for a beginner getting back into Jiu Jitsu / Sub Wrestling?
