I can do the curl on the end of my bed! So you can use all the exercises Taku mentioned! Couple that with the GHR, and the Crab walks (which sound brutal), and youve pretty much got everything you could want for the hams!

Now to add to that, get some Iron Woody bands and do Good Mornings and Reverse Sprints (assuming you have something to attach the band to.), youve really got all bases covered!

Originally, I thought the Reverse Sprints would be a quad dominant movement, but it really fried my hams!
