I had a tough wrestling season this year.
I had done verywell last year and now I have all these expectations by other people and newspapers and such. I blew my knee out this season and I am trying to wrestle through it but I am not mmeating up to my expectations. What do I do to get that out of my mind?

Well, you need to set goals for yourslef. If other set them for you, especially ocming of an injury, you will be focusing on the expectation and not on the training or tactics needed to perform to your ability.
