There is a grappling tournament in Hobbs, New Mexico on or around Sept.30. It is a martial arts tournament so there will also be tae kwon do and other karate styles competing that i have no idea why they do the things they do, ya know, lots of yelling and repeated use of the Mortal Kombat theme song. The grappling tourney has grown every year and it appears that they will be contacting schools in Lubbock and surrounding areas for the grappling.
