The Ezekiel choke has never been done in the UFC. Pride has seen it on a few occasions though.
Considerably more difficult to do without a gi, but its a pretty nasty choke.

Nasty choke indeed, but yeah it'll be easier to pull off with a gi. Who in Pride have done this by the way?

There's a reason why most of these havt been seen in mma, because they impratical low percentage moves. I'll take a transitional triangle or RNC anyday over a completely useless gogoplata from back mount. Half of those positions arn't going to work simply because of the athleticism of modern day fighters, there's a reason why you see so many rnc/kimura/guillitiones
