Has anyone been? I am thinking of flying over this summer, but want opinions from people who have been (or even for the general guidance/randori). It will be a vacation as well as training, so it's ok if it's not too intense (but ok too!). Thanks.
A giy from my dojo went 3 consecutive summers and eventually got his shodan. He lived in the Kodokan dorms where you sleep in bunk beds.
i have my single room (dorm-style, common shower/bathroom) booked for this summer at $17 US per night. and that is in one of the most expensive cities in the world. trippy.
