DO not take this product. It gave me insane energy, I was super pumped... as it says... then I thought I had to pass gas. It was a spray of pure liqued and crap. So for the next 3 hours I have been spraying this grainy crap with water all over my toilet with a violent power not unlike one of those paint sprayers.
Avoid this like the plague. btw it would be great for wieght loss, and beats the hell out of those colonics people have been having fetishes about.
