Supplements, or no supplements?

Ok Well other than normal vitamins, a good diet, fish oil, and added protein, should I take supplements?

I was thinking of taking NO XPLODE, but alot of people are shitting all over it. I would just like something that will help muscle development. I.E. Creatine, NOX.

Any suggestions?

well, I try to maintain a good diet. I usually eat 2 eggs for breakfast with a piece of whole wheat toast (with organic peanut butter and jelly on it) then lunch is usually a sub from subway, and dinner consists of fresh meat and vegetables. I usually snack on nuts seeds and fuit, drink water all day, juices and the occasional glass of sweet tea.

Is that decent enough? The supplement question is me just wanting to know if theres anything that will actually help me, or if its all just shit.

I use NO-Xplode and gotten good results. Don't take it too close to bed time, or you'll be up all night.

I've recommended it to other people, and they seem to enjoy it and the results they've gotten.

Well I also add in protein shakes as well, I use ISOPURE so each one is around 50 grams of protein.

Cut the shake in half. 50 grams of protein at one time is a bit much.
