Suppressed .22LR vs. .45 ACP vid

link hereFrom the site MDW guns.com... "First a Walther P22 with an Gemtech Outback and then a HK USP Tactical .45 with a Gemtech SOS-45"The clipped part in transition between the P22 and the suppressed Tactical is the Tac being fired without the suppressor. You only hear the end of the shot. I'm not positive, but it sounds to me like the ACP is reaching or surpassing the speed of sound due to the remaining report left after the pistol has been fired. This is what I mean. SWR's .300 caliber suppressor on the left is being fired on the left with supersonic .308 ammunition and on the right, it's subsonic. Notice how the telltale crack is missing with the subsonic ammo... I also don't know if the gemtech was being fired dry, in which case it will sound louder than if it were wet. Can't tell if that is what is making the difference.

Damn, that's insane..

White347LX is correct. I never fired one, but I saw a guy shooting a severely modified 10/22 with a supressor and subsonics. All you hear is the click-click of the bolt.
