Tactical Nutrition results at two weeks

I recieved Tactical Nutritions free sample about two weeks ago.

the first two weeks i've been taking the medium dosage of 2capsules daily.
Surprisingly, I have been noticing a few results. They are:
1) quicker recovery
2) allows me to work at a higher HR without feeling more fatigued
3) i have less tired throughout the day. I use to feel tired and try to catch a 20min nap at lunchtime. Just in as little as the two weeks, I have not felt or had to do this.

I hope to keep using the product after I get through this bottle if I can fit it in my budget.

I would definelty recommend this product to anyone wanting to increase their recovery, endurance, alertness.

there were several others that recieved free samples too. I would like to hear if they are experiencing the same results.

I heard that shits a placebo. move up to steroids chuckles

LOL

how do you know anything you buy isn't made of rat piss?

i went into this with a skeptical mind. i didn't expect any results. however, i have seen them. most people who know me know i'm a pretty straight shooter. i'm not gonna blow smoke up anyone's ass.

I'm just giving my honest opinion of the supplement for anyone interested. maybe someone else who tried it had the same, or even different results and post them.

Good stuff. All our guys use it.

an organization called the FDA. they check things over.

FDA doesn't look over supplements.

You guys just taking one in the morning?

I dont work out till 6 or 7pm, will it keep me up if I take it around 4 or 5?

How did you get a free sample?

I was one of the beta test guys for it, and I took 3 of them before a private class at ATT.

I was freaking wired.

Start off with one, and work your way up.

Cool thanks.

I see you on SA, I think...

I normally don't work out until 7:00 or 8:00 PM.  I have been taking one a half hour before that time.  No problems going to sleep before midnight the days I don't work at night.

I don't think I have been taking them right. I'm going to lay off the energy drinks and just take these solely....

Give me a week.

It is a standard stimulant stack to be honest. The ingredients that generate the effect are:

Caffeine Anhydrous, Ginkgo Biloba Extract, Green Tea Powder, Guarana Powder Extract

The rest is dressing. No different to be honest than a lot of other energy pills/drinks and fat burners with the same claims - a lot of vitamins and cool sounding micronutrients but in the end the only real ingredients that generate the benefits or claimed effect are the stimulants.

If we took out the above four ingredients you lose all the pop you get from the supplement. Especially if you take out the two main sources of caffeine - the caffeine itself and the guarana.

Basically, you can find these ingredients in other supplements and energy drinks. The exception is green tea, which if you like it, you can try Arizona's sugar free energy drink using tea, that also has vitamins, guarana, caffeine etc.

As with any stimulant stacks if you are doing bouts of high intensity anaerobic work you should keep your doses light if it's pre-workout. Particularly if you are doing interval work.

Good to hear from you again.  I know we started this conversation a few weeks ago but never got to finish.  In case you didn't see my last reply, here it is again (from the 29th):

Arclight -

Thank you for your thoughtful response, and you are right Caffeine is a proven substance for assisting with both reaction time and endurance.  So, it is obviously and ingredient in Explosive Endurance Formula...but it is only part of the equation.

As I posted above, we sought to formulate our product with a specific end in mind, helping fighters fight longer and fight harder.  Simply loading somebody up on caffeine will not accomplish this feat as the overall physiological impact (focus, concentration, adrenal gland stress) does not meet this specific end.  Our proprietary blend is much more than a few vitamins thrown together with caffeine, if you look closely you'll see a blend of 18 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs and (co) enzymes, all blended in ratios based upon existing clinical data ( www.tacticalnutrition.net for more information and selected references).  Our intent, was not merely to get a fighter "amped" up to fight, but to make sure that when they were pushing the envelope that they would have the necessary energy, stamina and focus to continue performing.

Our website has information as to why each individual ingredient was included in our proprietary blend, I invite you to take a look for yourself.  If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail me as well (info@tacticalnutrition.net ).  I know we have a great product.  The guys at ATT tell me we have a great product, and I'm sure if you take a look you'll agree as well.

Again, I think it is great that you've taken the time to review the formula, or at least parts of it.  You've got my e-mail, I'd gladly address any concerns or questions you have and look forward to hearing from you.  I think you'd find it interesting.

Thank you,

It's cute that you act like the precise dosage of each unproven herbal supplement was carefully considered but that really only fools the marks. The nutritional supplement industry is an unregulated crock of shit, but on the other hand those kinoki foot pads are doing a real number on my toxin levels. I feel energized, thanks to the detoxifying power of IONS! Maybe you could sprinkle some ions into the mix, so we know good science is behind your product.

I just got some of the pills, look forward to trying them out (although I really don't sleep as it is). the focus part I may find useful.

thanks, dan!!

Thanks Tracylee, it was great meeting you!

lol, oh really? Ill stop smoking, immediately!!

Hehe, I live a pretty damn clean life.. No drinking, no drugs, no energy drinks (ok, maybe a rampage punch here and there), no soda, no coffee....

I'm hyperactive, and always have been. Annoying the hell outta people since day one. :)
