Taku's Intervals?

Taku,

You do not recommend the treadmill for your interval protocol. Why not?

I see some guys use the treadmill since that is the only thing avialable to them, which is my situation.

Also, as long as my heart rate is in the 90-100% range the interval is accomplishing its goal, correct?

Hi Chris,

anything you can use...Use it. My recommendations are for my top choices but I also say you can do this plan with anything.

How about a jump rope?

When using a jump rope I do High Knee sprints as hard and fast as possible and then either very low amplitude bounces to recover or just walk it off.
