I'm still alive. Working on running my 3 schools in central NY, training a bunch of fighters, all of which keeps me pretty busy. Brought back some old school training partners of mine and looking to make a return this summer.
I still lurk around the UG to stay up on my MMA news. Plus, I love me some good gossip in the MMA world, and what better place to turn to?!
