Actually he said the bench was in the 500s (down from the 600 he did years ago) and the curls were 150.
Yes tank is strong. Sloppy bench technique for sure but dam still got to be strong to put that poundage up. I wouldn't even dare bounce that we weight or even half of it off my chest unless I wanted to end up in A&E!
