Gooo Team Gurgel! I can't wait till I can make it down there again to train. Maybe in NOV after my fight next weekend. It is going to be during the week though ....

I just got a chance to watch the last UFC last night and I have to say .... seeing Gurgel at the UFC corning Rich and then the next day at the KOTC for the rest of this fighters ..... very classy dude. Gotta admit though, he is deffenitly a class clown lol.
