A short bio: My name is Brian Olsen and I was the former World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) Heavyweight Champ, former Reality Fighting HWT Champ and a three time veteran of the WEC. I was a Div. I wrestler for Central CT State University and a two time high school state champ. I have also coached high school wrestling for five years. Stop by the gym and try a free workout. What will your holiday schedule be? I will be in Avon visiting the folks for X-mas and would love to get a workout in.

Brian, we will have a couple of guys fighting on February 7th include Karen Grigoryan and I'd like to take advantage of your cage and have then a list once a week there with me. I want to start some rounds inside the cage every Saturday of January. I will bring some guys to do sparring with Karen but if I can count on you and some guys from West Hartford would be great! I already talk to few guys from Team Link Enfield and they will be there to help.
