I don’t know Bucky, you are better at adding events than me, you should do it.
Honestly I don’t expect much from ONE here and time will tell what PFLlator puts together for this quarter but I really think the UFC is doing a good job here on these ten shows leading up to 300.
Almost forgot, there is another show this quarter that can’t be forgotten, these guys in Qatar are doing a show called Finishers Championship were they are doing a four man strongman MMA tourny with Eddie Hall, Shaw etc…
I just looked at their website and they have actually added Perry and Till to their fighters section.
The guy at the start of the video says they will break three world records with this event featuring Shaw and Hall.
In person attendance.
Prize money.
PPV buys
Even to this day the video only has 1k views on youtube so I’m not sure how they will be the biggest selling PPV event in MMA history but time will tell. They claim it will be the biggest fight card to ever hit the globe and Finishers Championship is the Rolls Royce of combat sports.
On top of the ten UFC events before 300 and the ten or so events from all the smaller promotions like PFLlator and ONE there will also be the NCAA’s, BKFC, Karate Combate, Gamebred, Fury vs Usyk, Joshua vs Ngannou, etc…
I’m actually pretty surprised they added the Dustin fight to 299. They had enough going on with that card to sell what O’Malley can sell at the moment.
299 is now so good that RDA, Barber, Munhoz will all that their fights on the prelims and on weaker UFC PPV’s, all those fights would open the PPV.
Tapology actually has the PPV listed as a six fight card with Holland vs MVP opening the PPV.
Could UFC be doing six fights on PPV now when they only have one title fight? Might be the case.
Rumor is they are moving the March Saudi show to June but I bet they still do that current card at the APEX on the same date.
Apparently the hosts paying the site fee were not happy with the quality of the Fight Night for the money. They sound like half the ESPN+ subscribers and all the American PPV buyers.
