Texas Commision to Test Art of War

Interesting.  The Texas Commission stated that testing is the responsibility of the promotion, and thus, didn't test the recent UFC.  Apparently, though, some odd occurrences in Connecticut led the Texas Commission to decide to test.

It's strange how a bunch of non-UFC promotions seem to be the focus of testing and increased paperwork scrutiny...
