thai pads?

im lookin to get some thai pads so i can train outside of the times we have class, actually so my roommate can hold em for me in our living room haha i dont need 194 dollar ballin ass thai pads, just ones that wont rip n shit...like i see the synthetic leather ones and since theyre cheap and i dont punch or kick very hard i think they might be the ones to go with, but i got a double end bag made of synthetic leather a couple months ago and all the leather ripped off in all these different spots...and i punch with the speed of molasses and the strength of a gnat so it shouldnt be all ripped up...so what im lookin for is highest quality, with lowest price haha

damn a bit of a FRAT there haha...also how are curved pads? ive never used em...are they still ok for straight punches? which style do you prefer and why?
