I'm glad you liked the story Duane, you really are a true inspiration. I am still blown away by my conversation with the Houston police officer who drives 45 minutes one way (hour-and-a-half roundtrip) at least three or four times a week to train with you, even though there are plenty of gyms in his local area.

That alone speaks volumes about your work as a trainer and conditioning coach, not to mention the earnest praise that pro fighters Andy Montana and Vince Lucero give your conditioning programs. Keep doing your thing man.
