"His wife has to work more hours for him and his child? WTF "

WTF = What Tom Foolery? or Where's the fork?

The simple answer is NO. She doesn't have to. Beth first suggested I train and compete full time just over a year ago. I didn't want to give up the safety net of my "day job" at the time. Things have since changed.

Grapple girl I started to type a really detailed explanation to your question but stopped. If I tried to justify our realtionship by giving you a run down of how long I worked while she went to school before we were married. Or the hours that she has spent turning our baby girl into the fun loving toddler that she is today it would be madness. I know that we aren't trying to divide income, work hours or time raising our daughter down the middle. And we aren't keeping score since we are on the same team. We are just pursuing happiness the best we can - together. My wife isn't behind me in our major life decisions she is right there next to me. Plus MMA training or not my wife would kick my butt if I got out of line.

Spaghetti w/ Pepperoni:

  • 3 pounds very thin or angel hair spaghetti

  • 2 large containers of cottage cheese

  • 2 pounds sharp cheddar cheese, cut into thin slices

  • 2 pounds thin sliced pepperoni

  • 2 or 4 large cans stewed tomatoes, mashed

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to taste

  • Tomato or V-8 juice, optional

For spaghetti, bring a pot of water to boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until done. Drain, rinse under cool water, and allow to drain again. Place a layer of spaghetti into bottom of large roasting pan. Spread sliced pepperoni and cheddar cheese on spaghetti. Place tablespoon "globs" of cottage cheese next, then cover with some of the tomato. Place another layer of spaghetti, followed by pepperoni, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and tomato. Add spices. Place a third layer of spaghetti, pepperoni, cheddar cheese (no cottage cheese on top layer) and top with remaining tomato. Bake in oven for one hour at 325 degrees F. Add tomato juice for moistness, if necessary, while cooking. Reheat leftovers in the microwave or better yet, fry in a saucer with butter. You asked for it :)

Well said, Eddie! And thank you for this moment of clarity. May you and your family enjoy continued success.

nhb2k1- LMFAO!

LOL @ Tappy's reply!!!

nhb2k1, that's a lot of work. I think I'll just go to a restaurant (or grub off my parents).

Eddy, you and I have talked about this so many times at the end of an open mat. Me and my video tape library are at your disposal.

How does one have anything less than 100% respect for this man?!

get some, man.
