Awesome event, as usual. The organization was outstanding, the new facilities nice and spacious, and the belt divions ran very well.
Thanks to Sled Dog and prof. Holanda for running everything like clockwork, the refs for consistent, quality officiating, and all the competitors for some awesome matches. Many very purty takedowns, controls, and subs all around.
Great to see everyone from Montreal, Ottawa, and Vermont, and I think a couple even from Toronto!
Since Montreal is so close to Toronto and Boston, it was a real shame more didn't take the opportunity to experience some different grapplers, especially considering Montreal grapplers so often go to Toronto and the USA... Not even the usual 'we only go to tournaments in gyms excuse' this time...!
Can't wait for the No Gi in the second half!
