I recently moved from Kelowna where I had trained for the last 6 months with forum bro LowOtis (Tony). Though the last few months I wasn't able to come out too often, Im really missing the training atmosphere Tony creates at the Jiu Jitsu Academy of Combat Arts.

Great group of guys, no attitude, no ego. Just a good group of guys looking to improve their own game and their team mates as well.

Anyone in the area looking to improve their BJJ or Sub Wrestling, you seriously can not go wrong training there.

Thanks a lot boys, Im missing you here on the island, looking forward to tapping like Gregory Hines to all of you again soon.

Cool, I actually drove up to Nanaimo tonight for John Punt's class, except its freaking Sunday and class is tomorrow night. I'll be there tomorrow night at 7:30 if you are interested.
