I agree. Tim didn't try for a single sweep, or submission. It was awful. You would have thought he enjoyed having a man between his legs so much that he didn't try to do anything. He just layed there and prayed that CB would keep his crotch warm.

I agree Tim didn't do anything either but the onus is on the one on top to do something.

Technically it's more of a neutral position than any other position on the ground. A BJJ black belt should be a threat from the guard.
