All the respect in the world to Bang and all, but the Bang Ludwig God of Striking Factor is some of the most over blown nonsense in the sport right now. Faber was the only Alpha Male that impressed last night, although it is understandable that Mendes had the sniffles to overcome.
Benavidez made a lot of poor choices last night, but it was mostly mighty maus doing what literally any person should do against a southpaw. Check the lead hand, step outside their lead leg with yours, throw a right.
Instead of moving , Benavidez decided to plant his feet, throw a lead hook AFTER Maus checked his hand, bent over at the waist and closed his eyes. Just a lot of poor choices.
