I've created a lot of videos over the last few years. My last video was talking about chaining attacks together and maintaining the dominate position. That video was really well received so I'm going to be posting a few different concept videos so that people can get a better idea of my philosophy on training and BJJ.

Very good break down. I have been teaching classes this week and found it difficult to teach to a broad spectrum of belts. I didn't want to leave any pieces out but at the same time didn't want to leave details out for those that would retain it. From the vid I got that you should show up to as many classes as possible! Good stuff!
