The faces of TRT

Caught_clean - I am all for TRT, its 2013 we have the medicine to make us stronger, and healthier. That said it can be easily abused.

Few things that are funny are the people who shit on it and think "TRT" is a substance, or the other people who say its not steroids. Testosterone is the king of steroids, its also natural in human beings, yes even females has some. I love the "lol look at them wasting away! Poor souls" shit because the whole fucking point is they are taking the stuff so they don't fucking look and feel like shit (not saying some aren't abusing).

Fighters should be able to use meth with your reasoning. Why not bath salts? Now that would be a fight; Paul Harris chewing some guys face off. Phone Post

Well YEA UG! Lets do another TRT thread to shit on the users, BTW WTF IS Page and all the rest BTW?

Let's also ignore that one fighter after another is coming forward saying 80 percent of the UFC roster is on 'the real juice' (the last one being Stun Gun) and forget about all the fighters that got popped too for using the good shit!

The UG LMFAO

GableGrip - TRT puts your testosterone at a normal level of a young man. It doesn't increase it 10X like taking steroids or testosterone do.

When men get over the age of 30, testosterone level start naturally decreasing. So when a guy like Hendo is placed on TRT, it brings his testosterone levels to what they once were and the same as his younger apponent. It does not bring it sky high to above natural limits. It's for guys who have lower testosterone levels to help them find a normal, not decreased or low range.

Guys like Paul Harris and Overeem are cheating by increasing thier levels to extreme porportions.

naive. people can abuse the shit out of it.

True, but we're told time and again BY FIGHTERS that MOST fighters are abusing much stronger shit (see my post above).

Random testing across the board is the only solution to the issue. I'd argue for a max TE ratio of 3.5:1 as well max at any point (just to cover some 'natural" freaks, 3.5 is plenty).

Ignorant as fuck to single out TRT users and more so as it's legal.

TRT-level doses dont do shit really (150-300mg a week). Nfw thats what any of these guys are actually running. Phone Post

"Fighters say that most fighters are using" isn't a valid argument. It's someone guessing how many fighters are using with no real evidence to back it up. Stop being so big of a dick-rider that you're willing to defend guys who are cheating in a combat sport. This isn't baseball. This is a sport where you can potentially kill your opponent. Cheating should not be tolerated. I don't care if a fighter guesses that ALL fighters are using. There is no excuse. As far as TRT goes, it's legal but it's a steroid. If you take enough it, you're testosterone levels will rise above the accepted range, and that's cheating. Phone Post

WTF do you do bro read few words and quit? LMFAO

Moreover, fighters in the UFC know fighters in the UFC! WTF should we not believe them when they supply the same data? HTF do you know what they can prove if they were a DA?

WTF are you talking about in all here? Did you sleep last night?

Shut up, you logic user. Phone Post

That's flawed logic. In your 30's your testosterone naturally decreases. You take trt to get your testosterone to a higher lever when you were younger. You should've left it at that. You can't say it doesn't bring your testosterone to above natural levels because it obviously does. If you're 35 you don't naturally have the testosterone of a 23 year old. Taking a substance to get it there means you are more above natural levels for your age. Logic...how does it work? Phone Post

Don't forget this one:

oops wrong acronym.

You can see Vitor's gynecomastia surgery scar on his nipple lol.

ok

Beggsie -

If your testosterone levels are lowering naturally, shouldn't that be the time you should be retiring? Phone Post

You could. You could also retire when you tear a muscle or blow out your knee or whatever...or you could treat the problem medically and legally.

The entire process of undergoing TRT is to use the father of all anabolic steroids, synthetic testosterone, so I don't understand what you mean by "It doesn't increase it 10X like taking steroids or testosterone do".

All steroids are a dirivitive and structurally similar to testosterone. Dumb ass. If Hendo for exams had levels 10x a normal test range, he would be popped and TRT would not be a valid excuse.

Why would someone abuse TRT? It doesn't make sense because then you would just shoot mad roids anyways.

You can't abuse TRT, your doctor regulates levels so you won't get busted for super high test levels.

Too many people on this site know nothing about everything.

Again... Shut up you logic user. Phone Post

Nate 'Rock' Quarry - TRT IS testosterone. Hence, the first T. Testosterone IS a steroid.
It CAN increase your text level to 10X normal if you take enough of it.
It sure can raise your testosterone limits sky high if you take enough.

This.

The "acceptable" range the ACs allow isn't exactly in the average range (it's the upper extreme of the population) and allows users a significant advantage. And anyone could adjust dosing during training from skyhigh levels so their levels meet the already advantageous range the AC require by fight time.

Using TRT in this era with its ridiculous standards and lack of a logical testing protocol means a big ole asterisk next to users' names and accomplishments.

agreed.

beside, how often have these guys had their T levels checked throughout their lives? just because they test low now, doesn't neccessarily mean they were ever sky-high to begin with.... this is one of the medical arguments against TRT/HRT....unless you know the starting levels, why do you think high levels now are the correct levels?

If people with low testosterone are allowed to use it to get up to maximum levels then all fighters should be allowed to use it to get up to maximum levels.

FYI:

The reason these guys need TRT to begin with is because of previous steroid/Testosterone use. their bodies' natural testosterone factory is shut down.

It's ironic when you have to use steroids to treat the side effects of using steroids.
