Blackout Communications to Launch The Fight Network, Canada's Newest Specialty Channel.

TORONTO --Jan. 21, 2005? Blackout Communications ("BlackOut") a progressive media company dedicated to provide new and innovative products in the television, radio, publishing, music and interactive spaces announced today its plans on launching its first new specialty television service called TFN-The Fight Network.

The Fight Network is prepared to launch the channel into the Canadian market in 2005, and will be the first and only service of its kind in North America.
