How do you set up the flying triangle and can a 210lb guy pull it off??
I'm 195-200 and I can pull it off.
I saw Nick Serra, Matt "The Terror" Serra's younger brother, pull it off live last August in his Ring Of Combat IV match against Rick McCoy in New Jersey. I think Nick is no more than 180 pounds. I think that was the first successful one in MMA, ever! I'm told there was another sometime after that one, but I don't know the who and where. And that's all. It seems like a high risk move, but oh so sweet when it's pulled off!

Nicky Serra can hit the Flying Triangle from anywhere on anyone at will, i have that fight on my computer and iwas there in the front row when he hit it, with NO GRIPS btw.
