However, Fitch put on one hell of a show last night. He didn't finish Silva, but he was really going for it. GSP could learn something from him.
I hope he got rewarded with an even bigger bonus check backstage, because he earned it.

dus 10 - I don't think it was fitch being better than b4. He's always been that great. It just erick was a bit overrated or at the very least he certainly hasnt faced that great a competition.

I disagree slightly. I think the Fitch last night was much more willing to attack submissions which has been one of his major downfalls in the past IMO. His grappling has always been excellent but he has always been hesitant to lose position by going for a submission. A Jon Fitch with ever improving submissions is a scary fight for anybody.
I'll agree at certain points, but, the style didn't change. It was a grind.
